Return and Exchange Policy
At Nobby Cobby, we stand behind the quality of our product and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.

Furniture Collection Return/Exchange Policy
At Nobby Cobby, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Attention to detail in design, materials, and construction is always forefront. Every item in our collection is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Most of our furniture collection is custom-made or special order with more than 65 varieties of fabric selections. Please note: Custom and special orders are not returnable.

For non-custom-made or special orders furniture, the Buyer shall inspect the said Goods immediately on the arrival thereof and shall within twenty-four (24) hours from such inspection to give notice in writing to the Seller of any matter of things by reason whereof it alleges that the Goods are not in accordance with the Contract. If the Buyer shall fail to give such notice the said Goods shall be deemed in all respects in accordance with the Contract and the Buyer shall be bound to accept and pay for the same accordingly.

Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In the event that damage occurs in transit, please contact us at 469-688-1032 within 24 hours. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. A usage or restocking fee will be applied.
